This is a client-side role seeking a Graduate Asset Manager, likely partway through their APC or in the formative stages of their Property/Asset Management career.

You will work directly with the Head Of, receiving brilliant mentoring and support, and focusing on a cap ex intensive UK industrial portfolio.

You can also complete or undertake your APC and become MRICS.

The key duties include

  • Working with the Head of Asset Management on value-add Asset Management for a highly successful national portfolio which continues to grow.
  • This will include refurbishments, regears, and other cap ex projects.
  • Progression through the APC is available.
  • Taking a hands on approach to the portfolio which also includes interacting and negotiating with tenants, visiting sites, and not shying away from the gritty nature of an industrial portfolio.
