The Role
They are seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of management accounting and play a pivotal role in modernising our finance processes. Reporting to the Group Finance Director and Group Financial Controller, this is a hands-on role with real scope to shape the function as we embrace new technologies and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Produce accurate and timely management accounts across 100 entities (mix of Xero and Excel)
- Oversee monthly bank reconciliations and VAT administration/filings
- Manage payroll, PAYE administration, and submissions
- Drive improvements by upgrading processes and integrating systems (Xero, Qube, automated bank feeds)
What We’re Looking For
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Strong technical grounding (confident with double entry, Balance Sheets, and P&Ls)
- Excellent Xero and Excel skills; Qube Property Management Software experience a plus
- A personable, reliable, and organised team player with integrity at their core
