As a Multi-Skilled Plumber, you will be a key member of our Cobalt Housing Property Services, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our homes by delivering high-quality plumbing repairs, refurbishment works and property improvements across both tenanted properties and empty homes.
Role Summary
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing activities including repairs, installations and maintenance to water systems, repairing leaks, replacing pipework, installing and renewing sanitary ware and associated pipework, repairing taps and showers, resolving drainage issues, carrying out kitchen and bathroom plumbing work and making good following maintenance and installation work. In addition, you will utilise your multi-skilled trade experience to undertake associated repairs such as minor plastering/tiling, basic joinery, and other finishing works required to complete jobs efficiently and provide a first-time fix.
You will contribute directly to the successful delivery of our Responsive Repairs, Empty Homes and Planned Maintenance programmes, helping us ensure our properties are safe and well-maintained, work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Cobalt Housing is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. We manage and maintain around 6,000 affordable homes in Fazakerley and Sparrow Hall, Croxteth and Norris Green.
