As a Multi-Skilled Joiner you will be a key member of our Cobalt Housing Property Services, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our homes by delivering high-quality joinery repairs, refurbishment works and property improvements across both tenanted properties and empty homes.
Role Summary
You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs including a range of installation and maintenance works to timber-based fixtures, fittings and structures, replacement and installation of doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen units, flooring and other timber components and making good following maintenance and installation work. In addition, you will utilise your multi-skilled trade experience to undertake associated repairs such as minor plastering/tiling, minor plumbing, minor brickwork, and other finishing works required to complete jobs efficiently and provide a first-time fix.
You will contribute directly to the successful delivery of our Responsive Repairs, Empty Homes and Planned Maintenance programmes, helping us ensure our properties are safe and well-maintained, work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Cobalt Housing is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. We manage and maintain around 6,000 affordable homes in Fazakerley and Sparrow Hall, Croxteth and Norris Green.
