Cobalt Housing is seeking a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join its Property Services team. You will carry out plastering repairs, refurbishment works and property improvements across tenanted properties and empty homes.
You will perform patch repairs, skimming, rendering, dry lining and ceiling repairs, and may undertake tiling, basic joinery, minor plumbing and brickwork to complete jobs efficiently with first-time fixes and strong customer service.
