As a Groundworker, you will be a key member of our Cobalt Housing Property Services team, providing a comprehensive service within Cobalt’s properties.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out tasks in both void and tenanted properties, including brickwork, fencing, and flagging works, as well as tasks related to our enhanced Handyman service.

Your work will contribute directly to our Responsive Repairs, Voids, and Planned Maintenance Programmes, helping us ensure our properties are safe and well-maintained.
