About the role
This role will be working with the Digital and Transformation teams as well as the wider operational teams to deliver a wide range of business-focussed projects, embedding new ways of working, enabled by people, process and systems across the business. We have been making a significant, multi-year investment in our digital platforms to ensure that our systems, digital architecture and change processes enable us to deliver our ambitious Corporate Plan and Digital Strategy.
Role Summary
The Transformation Project Manager will take day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of change initiatives and lead on key areas of transformation and improvement across Cobalt, ensuring that projects progress through defined phases, checkpoints and governance with clarity, rigour and consistency. The role will lead projects from concept through to design, development, implementation and benefits realisation, ensuring that:
- Projects are clearly scoped and designed before delivery
- Impacts on customers, colleagues, systems and data are fully assessed
- Documentation to effectively manage projects is completed and up to date
- The business is ready and supported to receive change
- Agreed benefits are realised and sustained
Working with colleagues from across the organisation and with external stakeholders, this role is a highly visible, critical role within the team and wider organisation. The role holder will have responsibility for assisting with the management and delivery of a refreshed organisational change portfolio, including the digital transformation programme, aligned to our Corporate Plan objectives.
