Cobalt’s Corporate Plan puts customers and colleagues at the heart of our work, and has a clear ‘Positive People’ agenda. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who will offer guidance and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The role serves as a key point of contact for people-related queries within a designated area.
You’ll collaborate with managers to coach, advise, and support them, while also contributing to people-focused initiatives and projects aligned with our strategy. We positively welcome candidates who bring their own areas of interest or specialism to the role and team (though this is not an essential requirement). This is a fixed-term contract to 31st March 2027.
The Company Cobalt Housing is a registered housing association based in North Liverpool. We manage and maintain around 6,000 affordable homes in Fazakerley and Sparrow Hall, Croxteth and Norris Green. We carry out a wide range of economic, neighbourhood and community regeneration activities and believe that, by providing quality places to live and support to those who need it, we play our part in developing thriving communities where people are proud to live and can be their best.
