What You\’ll Do

As a Ramp/Baggage Agent, you\’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations on the airfield. Your responsibilities will include:

• Transporting baggage and cargo between terminals and aircraft
• Loading and unloading aircraft within strict turnaround times
• Sorting and scanning baggage for flights
• Loading containers and trailers
• Delivering and collecting mail and freight across airside locations
• Operating specialist ground handling equipment and large goods vehicles

Full training is provided, so you\’ll have everything you need to succeed. Safety and teamwork are at the core of what we do.

Essential Criteria

To join our team, you must:

• Provide a 5-year checkable employment/education history
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence
• Have at least 1 year of UK driving experience with that licence
• Be able to complete a UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas check if applicable
• Be prepared to work rotating shift patterns (early and late shifts) across a 7-day schedule (rota: 6 days on, 3 days off)
• Be able to commute to Heathrow Airport
• Understand that the role involves significant manual handling and working outdoors in all weather conditions

To be considered, you\’ll need:

• Proof of right to work in the UK (passport or relevant Home Office documents)
• Driving licence and DVLA check code
• Proof of NI number (recent payslip or P60)
• HMRC 5-year employment history letter (from HMRC website or app)
