As part of our continued development, we are recruiting professional and enthusiastic Baggage Service Agents to join our busy and dynamic team.

Baggage Service Agent Duties:

  • To perform all baggage tracing and reconciliation activities on shift, to ensure Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, quality standards and health & safety standards as per agreed SLA’s with all customer airlines and any other relevant third parties.
  • To perform all activities including baggage tracing/reconciliation and liaising with relevant customer airlines and passengers in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of World Tracer an advantage but training will be given.
  • Handle passenger claims in an efficient, timely and customer focussed way in coordination with or support of the customer airline’s policy.
  • Assist with the handling of passengers and their baggage in relation to operational service delivery and delay recovery.
