The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
To perform all baggage tracing and reconciliation activities on shift, ensuring that Cobalt meets and exceeds the required standards of customer satisfaction, quality and health & safety as per agreed SLA's with all customer airlines and other relevant parties. Responsibilities also include liaising with airlines and passengers in a timely manner, handling passenger claims efficiently, coordinating with airline policies, assisting with passenger and baggage handling during operational service delivery, and managing delay recovery in case of flight disruptions. Candidates must possess problem‑solving and time‑management skills, and maintain a professional communication style.
Qualifications
- 5‑year checkable employment/education history
- Completion of UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas criminal record check, if applicable
- Ability to work rotating shift patterns (early and late shifts) over a 7‑day week
- Availability to start shifts at 0500 hrs for early shifts and finish at 2230 hrs for late shifts
- Exemplary customer‑service skills and a professional attitude
- Public‑facing customer‑service experience, preferably in a challenging environment
- Fluency in a second European or Korean language

- Proof of right to work in the UK (passport or Home Office documents; travel documents are not accepted)
- Proof of National Insurance number (recent payslip or P60)
- HMRC 5‑year employment history letter from HMRC website or app
