We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Passenger Services Agent to join our vibrant and energetic team at Heathrow Airport. Experience the buzz of one of the world\’s busiest airports while providing top-tier service to passengers and ensuring smooth travel journeys. Hours of Work:
36 hours per week – lates only – availability required from 1.00pm

Shifts:
4 days on followed by 2 days off

Duties
As a Senior Passenger Services Agent, you will be the welcoming face that greets and assists passengers throughout their travel experience. Your responsibilities will include check-in, boarding, managing transfers, and maintaining the highest standards of customer care. Working closely with your team, you will help meet performance targets, uphold safety standards, and ensure passengers enjoy a seamless journey from departure to arrival. Flexibility in shift patterns is required to support operational demands.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Passenger Services Agent or Check-in Agent
  • Proficiency in Sabre reservations and passenger management systems
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in demanding, flexible environments
