We are recruiting professional and enthusiastic Baggage Service Agents to join our busy and dynamic team.

Baggage Service Agent Duties:

  • Perform all baggage tracing and reconciliation activities on shift.
  • Liaise with relevant customer airlines and passengers in a timely manner.
  • Handle passenger claims efficiently, timely and customer‑focused, aligning with customer airline policy.
  • Assist with handling passengers and their baggage relating to operational service delivery and delay recovery in case of flight disruptions.
  • Apply problem‑solving and time‑management skills and maintain professionalism in all communications.

Baggage Service Agent Requirements:

  • 5‑year checkable employment/education history.
  • Complete UK DBS (criminal record check) and overseas criminal record check if applicable.
  • Prepared to work rotating shift patterns (early and late) over a 7‑day week.
  • Ability to start work from 0500hrs for early shifts and finish at 2230hrs for late shifts.
  • Exemplary customer service skills and a professional attitude.
  • Public‑facing customer service experience, preferably within a challenging environment.
  • Fluent in a second European or Korean language.

Documents Required:

  • Proof of right to work in the UK (passport and/or relevant Home Office documents – travel documents not accepted).
  • Proof of NI number (recent payslip or P60).
  • HMRC 5‑year employment history letter (from HMRC website or app).
