About the Role
We are a leading ground handling services company, committed to outstanding customer service and professionalism. We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Baggage Service Agents to join our dynamic team.
Salary
Approximately Β£28,000, including basic pay, variable shift pay, attendance bonus, and overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform baggage tracing and reconciliation activities on shift, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and safety as per SLAs.
- Handle passenger claims efficiently and professionally, in coordination with airline policies.
- Assist with operational service delivery and delay recovery during flight disruptions.
- Maintain problem-solving, time management, and professional communication skills.
- Perform ad hoc passenger service duties as required.
Requirements
- 5-year checkable employment/education history.
- Ability to pass UK DBS and overseas criminal record checks if applicable.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including early mornings (from 0500hrs) and late evenings (up to 2230hrs), over a 7-day week.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude.
- Public-facing experience, preferably in challenging environments.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
