Cobalt is working with an international software consultancy specialising in real estate technology to appoint a Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant.
The business supports real estate organisations internationally with Yardi implementation, support, development and data services.
This Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant position offers the opportunity to work on complex residential projects alongside experienced Yardi specialists, with exposure to clients across different markets.
The organisation offers hybrid working across home, office and client locations, alongside paid holiday, bank holidays, pension contributions and private healthcare.
The role and responsibilities
The Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant will take ownership of residential Yardi implementations, upgrades and optimisation projects, working from initial discovery through to go-live and stabilisation.
- Reporting into a senior implementation leader, responsibilities will include:
- Delivering residential Yardi implementations, upgrades and system enhancements.
- Gathering business, accounting and operational requirements and translating these into effective Yardi configurations.
- Supporting data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live activities.
- Delivering client training based on business processes and operational requirements.
- Managing client relationships and communicating project progress, risks and dependencies.
- Providing advanced Yardi application support and troubleshooting when required.
- Working with project managers, developers and data specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants.
The Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant will also lead client workshops and meetings, with some travel to client locations required.
The skills needed and requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Residential and Rent Cafe, combined with experience delivering or supporting Yardi implementations, upgrades or property onboardings.
You will also need
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, real estate operations, property management systems or enterprise software consulting.
- An advanced understanding of system configuration and end-to-end business processes.
- Confidence working directly with clients and managing competing project priorities.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to work with data, reports and reconciliations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of SQL and additional residential Yardi products, including CRM Flex/IQ, Maintenance IQ, Forecast IQ or Student IQ, would be beneficial rather than essential.
Relevant professional or academic qualifications are also welcomed but are not required.
This is an opportunity for a Senior Yardi Implementation Consultant to take a central role in delivering residential Yardi projects while developing their expertise within an international consultancy environment.
