Responsibilities:- Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes, and assisting senior colleagues on more major developments.
- Cultivating and maintaining client relationships by offering precise advice and effective communication on a regular basis.
- Managing pre-application tasks and guiding planning applications through the development cycle.
- Writing representations to local authorities for potential site promotions.
- Minimum 3 years of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer or local planning authority (LPA).
- A strong skill set and expertise in development management.
- MRTPI.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
