Cobalt has partnered with a leading advisory firm to support the growth of one of their most successful and high-performing teams within their Occupier Management and Global Occupier Services division. The Surveyor will play a pivotal role in the delivery of best-in-class commercial property management services to a prestigious national occupier account. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially astute surveyor with a strong estates management background, and key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining a trusted client relationship, working closely with client advisors to deliver a seamless, high-quality end-to-end service
  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day operational performance across a portfolio of allocated sites
  • Driving efficient and cost-effective management of the client's property portfolio, identifying opportunities to add value
  • Providing thorough, accurate and timely advice – proactively drawing on wider team expertise where needed
  • Maintaining regular, direct client contact and delivering clear, insightful reporting

The successful candidate will bring a demonstrable track record in Estates Management, with the confidence and capability to handle complex, high-value client instructions. Ideally recently qualified MRICS, you will be a natural collaborator with strong time management skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional property management services.
