We're looking for someone with

1-2 years' experience in the commercial rooftop Solar PV sector who wants to broaden their skills across design, project delivery and operations.

Working within a small, collaborative team, you'll support the delivery and ongoing performance of commercial and industrial Solar PV projects, gaining hands‑on experience across design, site surveys, project management, O&M and energy management.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering excellent long-term career development.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting the delivery of commercial rooftop Solar PV projects from design through to completion.
  • Assisting with Solar PV layouts, technical documentation and design activities.
  • Supporting project managers with project delivery and site coordination.
  • Assisting with site visits, inspections and technical surveys.
  • Supporting the O&M team with system monitoring and maintenance coordination.
  • Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Providing support across the wider business wherever required.

About You

You'll ideally have

  • 1-2 years' experience within the UK commercial Solar PV industry.
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial rooftop Solar PV projects.
  • Some exposure to Solar PV design (preferred).
  • An understanding of project delivery, O&M or technical support.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • A genuine desire to learn and build a long-term career in renewable energy.
