Seeking a fresh environment to further your development in the town planning sector? As a Senior or Associate Town Planner, you could enjoy consulting on a wider variety of major projects with the support of a national property consultancy, renowned for their reputation for excellence and diverse service offering. In this flexible role, you could consult on a healthy and diverse pipeline of major residential, strategic land and commercial projects across London and England. You could also gain greater exposure to the wider real estate sector, whilst collaborating and cross‑selling with the wider team from their Central London office. With support and mentorship from seasoned Planning Directors, you will be encouraged to attend networking and industry events to foster a rich client base as you progress towards a leadership position. Our client is currently consulting on a very healthy pipeline of projects so you will have the opportunity to immediately manage a warm desk, with the support of a close‑knit and social team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of major projects.
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
- Preparing planning applications and documents.
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications
- Planner ready to progress to Senior Town Planner, Senior Town Planner or Associate Planner.
- At least 4 years professional town planning experience.
