Our client has a well‑established team of 30+ Planners in London that work alongside a multi‑disciplinary team on a flexible basis from a new office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes, and assisting senior colleagues on more major developments.
- Cultivating and maintaining client relationships by offering precise advice and effective communication on a regular basis.
- Managing pre‑application tasks and guiding planning applications through the development cycle.
- Writing representations to local authorities for potential site promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer or local planning authority (LPA).
- A strong skill set and expertise in development management.
- MRTPI.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
