Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Property Manager to oversee the critical relationship between a luxury hotel and the five high-end retail units beneath it. Acting as the primary liaison for our client, a leading property management firm, you will ensure smooth communication and operations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. This role involves managing logistics, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to ensure operational excellence and satisfaction for all parties. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact between hotel management and retail/restaurant tenants, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. Coordinate shared services (e.g., deliveries, waste management) to minimize disruptions. Handle recharges, service charge administration, and internal reporting. Work with ESG partners to implement best practices and provide comprehensive data reporting. Address challenges proactively and mediate effectively to achieve win-win outcomes. Develop schedules and align operations between the hotel and retail tenants. Act as a professional and diplomatic ambassador for our client. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in property or project management, preferably in mixed-use, retail, or hospitality environments.
