My client is a leading Property Development & Regeneration Group renowned for their ability to deliver large, long-term projects, creating high quality spaces for people to both work and live. As part of the Regional Development team, the appointed Senior Development Manager will be responsible for the development cycle from site identification through to project delivery/completion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development cycle from site identification through to project delivery/completion.

Qualifications

• Experience of identifying and delivering complex commercial and/or residential projects.
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills.
• Experience of using development software/IT packages.
