The Role
Specialist Valuation Focus
This role is ideally suited to surveyors who enjoy and want to specialise in residential valuations, particularly for secured lending purposes. Your workload will predominantly consist of:
- Mortgage valuations for major lenders
- Desktop and zero-contact valuations (where applicable)
- Help to Buy and scheme-related valuations
- Private client valuation instructions
