Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Planning & Development professional to join their team in Hounslow, London. The role involves supporting a significant urban regeneration project encompassing residential, commercial, hospitality, and public realm elements.
The ideal candidate should have MRTPI and/or MRICS qualifications, substantial planning and development management experience, and a strong background in managing high-density urban regeneration projects.
This position is office-based five days a week from the company's headquarters.
