Key Responsibilities
- Assist with identifying and appraising suitable land opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with land agents and key market contacts.
- Support the negotiation and acquisition process, including offer preparation, appraisals, and planning assessments.
- Help promote strategic sites through the planning process.
- Assist with the disposal of S106 affordable housing units and support planning and land strategy activities.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in relevant subject (Planning/Real Estate/Geography)
- 1-2 years experience, ideally within residential development.
- Interest in residential development or land.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
