Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with identifying and appraising suitable land opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with land agents and key market contacts.
  • Support the negotiation and acquisition process, including offer preparation, appraisals, and planning assessments.
  • Help promote strategic sites through the planning process.
  • Assist with the disposal of S106 affordable housing units and support planning and land strategy activities.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in relevant subject (Planning/Real Estate/Geography)
  • 1-2 years experience, ideally within residential development.
  • Interest in residential development or land.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
