We're looking for someone with around 12-18 months' planning experience who is keen to develop their expertise and take on greater project responsibility.
You don't need to be a Reserved Matters specialist, but some exposure and a good understanding of the Reserved Matters process is essential.
The Role:
- Supporting and preparing Reserved Matters applications.
- Reviewing outline permissions, conditions and planning requirements.
- Coordinating with clients, architects and technical consultants.
- Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with local authorities and project teams.
- Supporting applications through to determination.
About You:
- 12-18 months' Town Planning experience.
- Relevant planning qualification.
- Some Reserved Matters exposure and a good understanding of the process.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Keen to develop your career and work towards MRTPI.
