An established property and business consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal to Associate Town Planner to take a leading role within their Newcastle-based team. You will join a multidisciplinary team of planners, surveyors and architects, working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and leisure developments, with particular strength in strategic planning and land promotion. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to manage projects across the region, contribute to business growth, and play a central part in delivering high-quality planning advice and client service.
