Role / Responsibilities: Cobalt is supporting with the appointment of a Senior Resident Services Manager on a maternity cover basis, overseeing two sites in Milton Keynes. This role will support the Regional Resident Services Manager in delivering safe and effective operations across the portfolio, while leading on service delivery and team performance.
- Lead and develop on-site teams to deliver a consistent service.
- Oversee resident move-in and move-out processes across both sites.
- Manage day-to-day operations in line with business objectives.
- Handle customer enquiries across multiple channels.
- Resolve complaints and manage incidents where required.
- Oversee contractors and review works on site.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met across the portfolio.
- Produce and deliver management reports and performance data.
- Support the Resident Services Team in delivering a smooth resident journey.
Skills and Requirements: The successful candidate will bring experience from a customer-focused, multi-site environment and be confident managing teams and operations.
- Working knowledge of residential property management, or a similar sector such as hospitality or retail.
- Experience managing teams within a multi-site or complex environment.
- Understanding of landlord and tenant legislation.
- Working knowledge of health and safety requirements on site.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Confident in producing reports and analysing performance against KPIs.
- Strong communication skills across face-to-face and written channels.
- Awareness of compliance relating to COSHH and safe working practices.
- A proactive approach to service delivery and continuous improvement.
