The role involves acting as a consistent point of contact for residents and visitors, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the building while helping to create a welcoming and well-managed environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a high standard of resident service across all touchpoints.
- Acting as a visible front-of-house presence, including meet and greet, reception and parcel handling.
- Supporting resident engagement and community initiatives.
- Managing amenity spaces and supporting day-to-day building operations.
- Assisting with inspections, lettings viewings and ad-hoc operational tasks.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Supporting tenancy, income and unit management activities where required.
- Maintaining awareness of health and safety requirements on site and following agreed procedures.
This role requires availability for 1 in 5 Saturdays, planned in advance and shared across the team.
The skills required:
- Working knowledge of customer-focused service delivery.
- Experience working as part of a team in a resident, guest or client-facing setting.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and external partners.
- A professional and well-presented approach.
