What you’ll be doing:
- Leading planning applications, appeals & local plan promotions
- Advising on major residential, mixed-use schemes and brownfield urban schemes
- Building trusted client relationships and mentoring/managing juniors
- Bringing fresh ideas to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years’ planning experience, ideally MRTPI
- Strong planning knowledge and a knack for strategy
- Confident communicator with a proactive, ambitious mindset
