Overview
We have lots of ambitious developments on the horizon, so it could not be a better time to join us. Our national industrial and logistics (I&L) team is looking for a motivated individual to support the delivery of large-scale projects across the North of England. With a multi-million sq ft logistics pipeline - from active developments to strategic land partnerships - you'll gain an excellent level of exposure to every stage of the development cycle.
Responsibilities
In this role, you'll focus on I&L projects, working with the wider team to deliver schemes from our existing pipeline while also supporting the sourcing, appraising, and delivery of new development opportunities. As a key member of our national I&L team, you'll take ownership of a variety of responsibilities - covering market research, project appraisal, financial analysis, site acquisition and managing progress through to practical completion.
