Responsibilities:

  • Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes, and assisting senior colleagues on more major developments.
  • Cultivating and maintaining client relationships by offering precise advice and effective communication on a regular basis.
  • Managing pre-application tasks and guiding planning applications through the development cycle.
  • Writing representations to local authorities for potential site promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer or local planning authority (LPA).
  • A strong skill set and expertise in development management.
  • MRTPI.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
