As a Planner or Assistant Planner (experience dependent), you could maximise your potential for professional growth with unmatched exposure to landmark London projects, the opportunity to liaise with associated high-profile clients and the support of a high-performing team in a league of their own.
In this role you would have the opportunity to manage and assist on a wide variety of projects through multiple Partners; from ultra-modern skyscrapers in central London, to new local landmarks and ground breaking sports stadia in the surrounding boroughs. The team enjoy regularly working from a stunning central London office and promote a social, collaborative and supportive working environment. This well-established entrepreneurial business operates free from the bureaucracy and slow processes of larger corporates, eager to promote Planners for their commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities- Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes, and assisting senior colleagues on more major developments.
- Cultivating and maintaining client relationships by offering precise advice and effective communication on a regular basis.
- Managing pre-application tasks and guiding planning applications through the development cycle.
- Writing representations to local authorities for potential site promotions.
- Minimum 2 years of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer or local planning authority (LPA).
- A strong skill set and expertise in development management.
- Ideally working towards your RTPI APC, recently submitted or MRTPI.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
