Are you an experienced Technical Services Manager looking to join one of the UK's leading property brands?

We're recruiting for an exciting client-side opportunity managing the technical operations of a prestigious

300,000 sq. ft. Grade A office building in the heart of the City of London. This trophy asset demands first-class technical leadership, exceptional stakeholder management and a proactive approach to building performance.

The Role

As Technical Services Manager, you'll take ownership of all technical and engineering aspects of this flagship commercial building, ensuring the asset operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for occupiers.

You'll work closely with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and lead technical projects from conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day technical management of a landmark commercial office building.
  • Manage and monitor M&E service partners, ensuring high standards of delivery and compliance.
  • Take ownership of lifecycle and capital works projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement across building performance, sustainability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and best practice across all engineering services.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers and internal stakeholders, providing expert technical guidance.
  • Support budgeting, service charge planning and technical reporting.
