- Develop playbooks, training materials, and support tools to ensure confident platform usage.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers and site teams to drive engagement with smart services.
- Shape and define new smart building service offerings and data-driven propositions.
- Collaborate with leasing, asset management, and property teams to assess viability and commercial opportunities.
