Role Responsibilities:
- Lead adoption of digital access and smart platforms across operational buildings.
- Work with on-site teams and property management to embed digital access and smart systems into everyday operations.
- Translate technology capability into practical behaviours, guidance, and operational processes.
- Develop playbooks, training materials, and support tools to ensure confident platform usage.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers and site teams to drive engagement with smart services.
- Shape and define new smart building service offerings and data-driven propositions.
- Collaborate with leasing, asset management, and property teams to assess viability and commercial opportunities.
- Capture occupier feedback and operational insight to support continuous improvement of smart platforms.

- Experience driving adoption of digital platforms or technology change within complex operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across operational, commercial, and technical teams.
