Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a global REIT on their search for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join their Asset Management team in London.The role offers exposure to a high-quality, diversified real estate portfolio and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to support investment and asset management decision-making.The Role:Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will deliver financial analysis and portfolio reporting across office, industrial and residential assets, supporting strategy at asset, portfolio and board level.Key Responsibilities:Financial modelling and analysis using Excel and Argus EnterpriseSupport investment returns analysis, risk assessment and strategyAssist with valuations and capital forecastingMaintain Power BI dashboards and portfolio reportingPrepare presentations and board-level reportsProvide ad-hoc analytical support to the Asset Management teamAbout You:Experience within the investment property / REIT environmentAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong modelling capabilityStrong analytical skills and high attention to detailProactive, collaborative and commercially mindedExperience with Power BI or Argus beneficial but not essentialThe Opportunity:This is a strong opportunity to join an established global REIT, offering excellent exposure, learning and long-term career development within a collaborative and progressive culture.
