Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking to take the next step with a market-leading property brand? We're partnering with an established client-side organisation that's recognised for delivering exceptional workplace experiences across a portfolio of premium flexible workspaces. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior Facilities Manager to take ownership of one of their flagship London assets, whilst line managing a team of FM's across the portfolio.

The Role
As Senior Facilities Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the operational performance of a prestigious site, ensuring an exceptional experience for occupiers and visitors alike. You'll lead and develop a team of Facilities Managers, driving high standards across hard and soft services while building strong relationships with stakeholders and service partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Facilities Managers.
- Take full operational responsibility for a flagship, high-profile asset.
- Manage all hard and soft FM services to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, stakeholders and contractors.
- Drive compliance, health & safety and statutory obligations across the site.
- Manage service partner performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
- Oversee budgets, service charge expenditure and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create an engaging, customer-focused environment that reflects the brand's high standards.
About You
- Proven experience in a Senior Facilities Manager or Facilities Manager position within commercial property.
- Previous experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft services, compliance and health & safety.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be advantageous.
