A leading property and construction consultancy is working with Cobalt to appoint a senior Project Management Partner to lead and grow its occupier and tenant fitâout offering within the commercial office sector. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic direction, client engagement, commercial accountability, and oversight of complex office fitâout and refurbishment projects across London and the UK.
The role involves reporting into senior leadership and taking responsibility for shaping and expanding the occupier project management service line while maintaining oversight of major client instructions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering the business plan for the commercial office occupier and tenant fitâout offering.
- Driving business development, market positioning, and pipeline growth across key client sectors.
- Acting as executive sponsor on major accounts and highâvalue projects.
- Providing senior oversight on multiple office fitâout and refurbishment projects.
- Managing and developing a high-performing project management team.
- Holding P&L responsibility, including fee setting, utilisation, and profitability.
- Ensuring robust governance, risk management, quality assurance, and compliance.
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience in project management consultancy within commercial office occupier and tenant fitâout projects.
- Proven leadership experience at Director or Partner level.
- Strong commercial acumen, including demonstrable P&L responsibility.
- A track record of winning and delivering complex office fitâout projects.
- Inâdepth knowledge of project delivery, procurement, design management, and cost control.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or equivalent is preferred.
