Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a leading global real estate consultancy in their search for a Surveyor to join their Occupier Solutions / Portfolio Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with major corporate clients, providing occupier management services across a large regional portfolio (c.200 properties), acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day property matters, lease events, and portfolio initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing property issues and projects across a corporate portfolio
- Handling lease renewals (outside the 1954 Act) and supporting acquisitions
- Undertaking property inspections and identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting vacant space management and lease queries
- Working on service charge payments, budgeting and variance reporting
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, solicitors and external consultants
- Maintaining accurate portfolio data and reporting to the client
What We're Looking For
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting corporate clients in occupier management / property management
- Strong lease advisory knowledge and confident stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with property databases and reporting
