The business is actively growing its student housing portfolio and is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to play a key role in driving performance and value creation. The Role
- Lead investment transactions from origination through to execution
- Build and deliver asset and marketing strategies to optimise income and value
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
- Drive cashflow enhancement and asset repositioning initiatives
- Work closely with property managers, advisors, and external stakeholders
- Produce market intelligence to support portfolio strategy
About You
- 8+ years' experience in real estate investment and/or asset management
- Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen
