A UK property management and residential real estate company are looking for a Reception front of house Team Member, to join their team. You will play a key role in creating memorable, high-quality experiences for tenants, occupiers, and visitors.

This prestigious, newly refurbished flagship building demands a highly polished, professional, and hospitality-driven approach, delivering a seamless five-star experience that reflects the building's premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm, professional, five-star welcome to all visitors and occupiers
  • Manage the reception desk, including switchboard and shared inbox
  • Maintain immaculate presentation of all front-of-house areas
  • Provide concierge-style assistance including directions and local information
  • Handle queries and challenging situations professionally
  • Support VIP visits and occupier events
Occupier & Visitor Experience
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers
  • Support WELL and BREEAM service standards
  • Coordinate visitor access and passes
  • Respond promptly to enquiries
  • Maintain knowledge of building operations
Building Operations Support
  • Assist with contractor sign-in and compliance
  • Report maintenance and health & safety issues
  • Support deliveries, logs, and handovers
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings

You will have:

  • Experience in high-end corporate or hospitality reception
  • Excellent customer service skills
