A UK property management and residential real estate company are looking for a Reception front of house Team Member, to join their team. You will play a key role in creating memorable, high-quality experiences for tenants, occupiers, and visitors.
This prestigious, newly refurbished flagship building demands a highly polished, professional, and hospitality-driven approach, delivering a seamless five-star experience that reflects the building's premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a warm, professional, five-star welcome to all visitors and occupiers
- Manage the reception desk, including switchboard and shared inbox
- Maintain immaculate presentation of all front-of-house areas
- Provide concierge-style assistance including directions and local information
- Handle queries and challenging situations professionally
- Support VIP visits and occupier events
- Build strong relationships with occupiers
- Support WELL and BREEAM service standards
- Coordinate visitor access and passes
- Respond promptly to enquiries
- Maintain knowledge of building operations
- Assist with contractor sign-in and compliance
- Report maintenance and health & safety issues
- Support deliveries, logs, and handovers
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
You will have:
- Experience in high-end corporate or hospitality reception
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- IT proficiency (Microsoft & Apple)
- Ability to multitask under pressure
