About the role:
You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO, managing tasks, diaries, communications, and document creation to maximise their efficiency and productivity.
What does your role involve?
- Provide diary management and scheduling support for the CEO, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arranging internal and external meetings and booking meeting rooms, preparation of meeting materials, preparation of meeting rooms and facilities.
- Arranging travel and flights, trains, taxis, hotels etc along with itineraries.
- Process expenses.
- Reports and presentations including formatting and proofing.
- Minute taking.
- Administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, scanning.
- Organise internal and external team events.
- Email management.
- Overlooking on social media and marketing.
What skills do you need?
- High standard of both written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent time and diary management skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, SharePoint.
- The ability to multitask and work accurately and effectively under pressure.
- Proofreading and attention to detail.
- Previous PA/EA experience including diary management.
- Background in the Property sector would be preferable but not essential.
