You will be joining a leading UK real estate owner and developer with a long-term, sustainability-led approach to placemaking. Role Responsibilities
- Deliver smart building and digital placemaking solutions, including connectivity, analytics platforms, and energy optimisation technologies.
- Manage projects across the development lifecycle, including validation of smart handovers at RIBA stages 5-6.
- Translate operational and user requirements into clear data, reporting, and analytics outcomes.
- Manage procurement, vendor selection, contracts, and SLAs in line with technology and security standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
- Coordinate stakeholders across development, operations, and technology to ensure aligned delivery.
- Oversee risks relating to cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and system resilience.
- Transition projects into business-as-usual operations, including documentation, training, and FM handover.
Role Requirements
- Proven project management experience within digital, data-led, or smart building environments.
- Strong understanding of in-building technologies, connectivity, and digital systems.
- Experience working within real estate, construction, or facilities management environments.
- Confident managing budgets, vendors, and third-party contracts.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and governance frameworks; formal PM certification preferred.
