Join a team where you can lead and deliver financial viability advice on residential-led, mixed-use developments, from pre-app stage through to S106 and review mechanisms. You'll work closely with planners and senior stakeholders, gain exposure to major public and private clients, and build profile across a collaborative, high-growth practice. The Advisory department brings together 130+ specialists, blending valuation with strategy to unlock value for clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and contribute to Financial Viability Assessments for residential-led, mixed-use schemes, including negotiation with local authorities/GLA and input into S106 and review mechanisms.
- Build and run development appraisals and Red Book valuation outputs; produce clear, concise client advice.
- Collaborate with planners and cross-firm specialists; represent the team at client meetings and help develop juniors while supporting bids and BD activity.
- RICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer, with strong development valuation foundations.
- Demonstrable experience delivering viability work on residential-led projects, including negotiations with public sector stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Argus Developer and development appraisals (and motivation to become an expert user).
