The business takes a long‑term, hands‑on approach to ownership, focusing on proactive management, high‑quality maintenance, and continuous improvement of its assets.
The Role: Reporting to the Head of Estates, the Senior Property Manager will oversee the maintenance, compliance, and enhancement of a commercial and residential estate. The role combines strategic PPM planning with hands‑on delivery of refurbishments, reactive works, and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a comprehensive PPM programme aligned with asset management and lease events
- Oversee refurbishment and redecoration projects from specification to completion
- Manage all reactive maintenance across the portfolio
- Ensure full H&S and statutory compliance
- Prepare and forecast service charge budgets where applicable
- Line manage internal team members and oversee external contractors
About You:
- 5+ years' experience in property management (commercial or mixed‑use)
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and H&S
- Experience managing PPM schedules, contractors, and budgets
- Confident communicator with a proactive, detail‑focused approach
- Line management experience preferred
