Cobalt is working with a bespoke commercial property management brand synonymous with providing a first-class property experience throughout its ever-growing portfolio. This role will see you taking the reins of a luxury commercial office building that is currently undergoing mobilisation, providing you with the blank canvas to build something in your own image and leave your mark.

Our client is all about providing top-tier experiences for their customers, and this role will combine a focus on the traditional facilities skills of proactive maintenance with a modern ESG-centric approach to building management. As the General Manager, you’ll lead the on-site team and be the key driving force in shaping this provision within the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Taking an active role in the mobilisation of the property.
  2. Procurement and setting up the building services.
  3. Ensuring full compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation.
  4. Setting and managing the service charge budget.
  5. Overseeing sustainability initiatives.
  6. Cultivating strong working relationships with the tenants.
  7. Managing the work of soft and hard service suppliers.

Our client is looking for a proven Building Manager with mobilisation experience and a passion for providing a transformative total FM service. An IOSH is essential, whilst a NEBOSH would be viewed positively. Flexspace experience would also be seen as a distinct benefit.
