Cobalt is once again delighted to be supporting a well-respected Facilities Management and Project Management Software provider. Due to the business's ambitious growth plans over the course of the next 2 years, where they will be partnering with large-scale retailers and government entities, they are looking for an ambitious and adaptable Customer Success Manager to help the business achieve its lofty ambitions.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and strategy meetings to maximise product adoption.
- Manage outbound updates on product enhancements and industry regulations.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and upselling opportunities.
- Act as the primary contact, ensuring timely resolution of issues and fostering strong client relationships.
- Drive feature adoption and provide customer feedback to the product team for enhancements.
- Work cross-functionally with support, onboarding, and sales teams to enhance customer experience.
Role Requirements
- 3-5 years in a customer-facing role within SaaS, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management.
