Role Overview
This company are a leading property consultancy seeking a Compliance professional to oversee and deliver the firm's compliance framework. This role will play a key part in ensuring the business operates in line with all legal, regulatory, and governance requirements, while supporting the continued growth of the consultancy. The position blends strategic oversight with day-to-day compliance delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the firm's compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with UK regulatory and governance requirements relevant to a property consultancy.
- Provide pragmatic compliance advice and guidance to senior management and business teams.
- Oversee AML, KYC, and risk assessment processes, including ongoing monitoring.
- Identify, assess, and report compliance risks, breaches, and emerging regulatory issues.
- Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and external advisors where required.
- Prepare clear compliance reports for senior management and board-level review.
- Deliver compliance training and promote a strong culture of regulatory awareness across the business.

- Proven experience in a compliance, governance, or regulatory role.
- Strong working knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks.
- Experience managing AML and KYC processes.
