You will be part of a collaborative London team that thrives on tight deadlines, bold ideas, and creative solutions. The role is ideal for someone with a strong background in workplace design, ideally within a D&B or contractor environment, who is confident leading client conversations and coordinating the design process end-to-end.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Leading the design process across workplace fit out schemes
  • Taking briefs, developing concepts and presenting to clients
  • Collaborating closely with pre‑construction, commercial and delivery teams
  • Managing programmes, deadlines, and project documentation

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has 4-6+ years’ experience in commercial interiors, ideally D&B/contractor side
  • Is confident presenting ideas, managing stakeholders and owning the brief
  • Has strong technical and creative ability - from layout to detailing
  • Thrives in a delivery‑focused, fast‑paced environment
  • Is fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp (Revit a bonus)
  • Is proactive, precise and a natural problem solver
