The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting funding, valuation and liquidity management across a substantial and complex real estate portfolio. The role offers regular exposure to senior leadership and shareholders and involves close collaboration across multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage debt facilities and loan structures, including covenant monitoring and liquidity analysis
- Build, review and maintain financial models, including cash flow forecasting, sensitivity analysis and valuation models
- Lead and coordinate asset valuation processes, including stress testing assumptions and reconciling valuation outcomes
- Act as a key point of contact for external valuers, lenders, investors and professional advisers
- Support asset sales, acquisitions and wider strategic transactions
- Prepare high-quality analysis and papers for senior leadership and Board-level decision making
- Business partner with finance, development and operational teams across the organisation
- Manage and develop a small team of direct reports
Candidate Profile
- Approximately 5-7 years' experience in real estate finance, corporate finance or investment-related roles
- Experience gained within a property developer/operator, real estate advisory firm, or real estate lending or capital markets environment
- Strong technical capability across debt facilities, financial modeling and asset valuations
- Commercially astute, with the ability to challenge assumptions and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Residential or Build-to-Rent real estate experience is advantageous but not essential
- Professional accounting qualification is not required
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, personable approach
